Do you know Fenek? Meet one of these adorable creatures at Concept 21 Store in Poznan. They are locally hand-painted and look super cute…

A.F. Vandevorst is a Belgian brand that always impresses me. But this time because of two reasons. The first thing is their SS15 window display in their Antwerp flag-ship store, which is all about their fashion show parachute dress which is a true work of art. I am simply amazed with it’s mind-blowing effect. Then, the second thing: their elusive, slightly eerie winter collection look-book. The clothes inspired with Peru (note all these pompons and shearling), beautifully combined with A.F.’s signature rock’n’roll edge look more than cool. Decadent, sculptural and niche. That’s how I would describe the spark hidden in this collection, and the brand’s really great ideas.
Concept 21 Store is more than an ordinary fashion boutique. Here, fashion fuses with cosmetics, perfumes, design and art. Located in the heart of Poznan, Concent 21 is the first place in Poland where the Milan-based label, No21, found it’s place; the sensual, poetical frgrances of niche-perfume brand, Meo Fusciuni have already enchanted the city’s most demanding nose. Ecological beauty products by ILA are ready to revitalise the skin of women which want to feel always beautiful and on the go! At Concept 21, arworks of local Polish artists and craftsmen are present, too. The interior is modern, but with many vintage, cozy details. As for the opening, Concept 21 feels very into the spring-time with a pop-up space by Kwiaty i Miut. I would love to hear what you think about our “baby”!

Laura Urbinati, an Italian stylist, is the owner and creative director of her own, name-sake label. One of her cozy stores in located in Milan, at the Sant Eustorgio place – and here you may find some truly beautiful clothes. Delicate patterns, warm colours, soft pajama shirts, bags by Mimi which are made in Italy and jewellery by Italian designers. The interior is simple – but is matches and exposes the clothes like no other. Also, the French brocade socks and Urbinati’s signature printed cushions are must-haves, too.

The store I admire most in Milan is DAAD Dantone. Why? Whenever I visit this place, I feel closer to the beauty of niche fashion – the seasonless leather jackets, timeless fur vests and simply beautiful clothes, which don’t need a shouting tag attached to it. At DAAD Dantone, you might find pieces by Rick Owens, MA+, If Six Was Nine, Simona Tagliaferri (great knits and scarves up here), Poeme Bohemien, Boris Bidjan Saberi and many other eponymous label you probably have never heard of. But, no worries! You won’t feel overhelmed because the shop-owners will definitely tell you A LOT about the brands and accessories they got here. If talking of the interior, it’s full of concrete, but the amount of light is just perfect. Their perfume corner is well supplied, too – Meo Fusciuni fragrances are here, about which you are going to learn more in few days. So, what should I say more – for your next visit in Milan, add this place to your address list!
