Boom-boom, this the IT shoe of Resort. Phoebe Philo knows how to play fashion with comfortable mode, creating the Celine sneakers. The third season, already! First, we had them with LOVE LIFE signs, then in melange texture and now in a cool, artistic mood… These are the shoes you will definitely wear the whole year.

Voyager. Celine Resort 2015
Phoebe Philo is the woman designing for women. She knows best what they need and when they need. For the highly anticipated Resort 2015, Philo brought us totally new volumes and lengths- floor sweeping knitted dresses, voluminous capes and comfortable, over-sized tank tops. That’s a minimalist heaven with a twist of voyage souvenirs. Ethnic fabrics, pon-pons, fringes and the “Soft Ballerinas” were the factors that made think Cote d’Azur, Myanmar and a bit of New York’s attitude. But all of that bound with the Parisian ribbon of slight nonchalance. As you may see, the collection brings a lot of new features to Celine: waist-bags (LOVE!), bold colours and… yes, the first ever Resort campaign. With Daria Werbowy, of course. Is there something better than all of that? Well… only to touch and feel the clothes in person!

70’s Suits Come Back
Marni
There are these awkward fashion moments, when ugly and kitsch things come back with a huge boom. Like for example the printed, colourful, so-70’s suits. Covered with flowers, veggies, twirls and other super optimistic patterns, the nightmare of kitsch appears more than once for Resort 2015. The kaleidoscope of loud, proud, floral and psychedelic print pantsuits by Miu Miu, Marni, Louis Vuitton and Mary Katrantzou will try to encourage us, to wear these the next spring. For now, I feel a bit scared. But we must be all brave.

Croisiere. Miu Miu Resort’15
Ladies and gentlemen, here is the first ever runway show of Miu Miu’s resort 2015! And I must say: it was lovely. As always, in case of Miu Miu. The collection was a 60’s print remix with Brady Bunch vibes and fluid-like chiffon scarves. The prints were very floral, kept in blue, green and red, while the embroideries looked very chic and girly. But what gave it all a cute spark was the hair, which was curly and looked perfect with all those baby-doll mini dresses. In other words, it was all about the Miu Miu pretty girl which smells peonies and strawberries (in my imagination)… Gorgeous, Miuccia!
