While all the stars like Anne Hathaway or Laetisia Casta wear their Dior’s and Valentino’s Couture gowns, Tilda Swinton never go on the easier path. I mean, she looks easier (not so tired like Uma Thurman in this silver Versace dress), but much more stylish. Tilda breaks all stereotypes of a costume at a big Gala. We will not see her in Gucci nor Chanel, but in… Haider Ackerman! Just like this time! Swinton, that look a bit like David Bowie, reminds me of stylish rock and roll in this sequined golden jumsuit by Paris based designer. She is my definite number one this year at Cannes Festival!

Riccardo Tisci always takes to his campaigns the closest friends and people that are important for him: like last season that was Kate Moss, Marina Abramovic and Mariacarla Boscono with her newborn baby! He joined his power with Mert & Alas Pigott to take this fantastic shoot full of family charm in punk version and simple beauty. Amanda Seyfriend was here in the Bambi Killer (I call it like this 🐼) outfit looking so beautiful and naturally… There was also Carine Roitfeld with her daughter Julia, who didn’t really look like a typical family- Carine was mind blowing! She looked so fresh and I would say… french!

Dior’s Secret Garden
There is no way that Dior’s new campaign “The Secret Garden” by Raf Simons wasn’t inspired with famous Eduard Manet’s “The Bath”! In both beautiful forest scenes the naked girl (at Dior it’s Daria Strokous) is sitting in front of two men dresses in black- it’s all romantic and very pleasant! And both are beautiful! That is a great example of fashion meeting art and how it’s possible to make a painting alive!
Hunter Lady
For some time I thought about these two things- an animal versus a hunter. These two things are quite common in fashion! You know, animal have colours, wilderness, beauty, feathers, fur and so on. And hunters, so humans- not much- a weapon, hunting boots and coats. And sometimes a horse. This pair have something that links them together- fashion! And the AW13 season. For example Jean Charles De Castelbajac and Felipe Oliveira Baptista- both of them have animals on their amazing dresses. Even the atmosphere around them is wild and sensitive. Christophe Lemaire and Sacai are the hunters- coats or jackets, boots and trousers. Only a gun is needed and a hourse to make these two hunters! Animals and hunters will never be friends, the same as in fashion- never gonna match. But still, that’s interesting thing!
