Peter Dundas said backstage the Emilio Pucci SS14 show that he was strongly inspired with the hottest musicians of the moment- he lately dressed for scene and day Rita Ora, Rihanna and Beyonce, that are all known for wearing dresses with sexy cuts, coloyrful prints and of course… a nice price tag. But this is not it. Peter Dundas simply copied Balmain and Tom Ford into his collection! Just look- the shiny jackets, printed parkas, luxury sportwear with sequins, super high heels, gowns with silver sleeves… These are just few things that are taken from Oliver Rousteing and Ford’s mind. And that’s pretty rude in fashion world. But… the collection was quite cool. The best thing were these rock ‘n roll hair styles on models and the closing by Malgosia Bela!
Milan Fashion Week
Art of Miuccia. Prada SS14

Milan Fashion Week has always one label that I would most love to see first. And it’s of course Prada. But what kind of Prada- Miuccia really outdid herself for Summer 2014. The collection was all about Italian modern artists, and specifically, Italian female artist. The venue of the show was all covered with a kind of graffiti representing women in different sceneries- one in a jungle, second in a pink background. But all of them had one thing in common- their edgy way of dressing!
First look, first impressions- difficult colours for Summer and prints of women on skirts. Wow. Then embroideries. Then fur (just like Summer ago. Yes, this collection about geishas…) coats and again amazing prints. I thing this is one of the most collector edition season by Miuccia- well, every collection of Prada is like a limit edition, but this is really the type that is just begging to be found in wardrobe. Even one of these cute clutches or pair of these crazy shoes! This collection is simply… A piece of art that can be worn one women! Applause for Prada!!! ❤❤❤
Fun. Fendi SS14

The SS14 from Fendi was all about Summer fun- flowless beach dresses, beautiful red tops and amazing detailing. And… Well, of course fur. But Fendi collection is not Fendi without even a bit of fur. This season was very important for Fendi. After Karl Lagerfeld and Silvia Fendi restorated together with City of Rome the Trevi Fountain, in Italy Fendi is not only a expensive label for rich women. It’s also a national jewel, sponsor of most cultural landscapes restorations in Rome! And thats really good! Coming back to the collection, I adored it strongly. The detailing is impressive, but at the same time it seems so cool and youthful… Karl knows how to shake up something correctly. Always. And I love him for this.
Heritage. No.21 SS14

No.21 is a label, that after few years when it was totally forgot, now is again pounding full with new Milanese chic under the wings of Allesandro Dell’ Aqua! I should say, that the SS14 collection from the designer is a masterpiece. Beautiful lace skirts, embroidered shirts and printed tops were seen with laser cuts and florals. The collection was simple, but the key is in detail. What I loved most was on of these looks with an amazing green laced dress and creme top- so light and made with best, Italian quality. I am definitely waiting for from Mr. Dell Aqua at this small, but stylish label from Milan!
Punk Fur. Fendi AW13
The second day of Milan Fashion Week is nearly finished and Fendi showed it’s collection. And lots of things happened during the show! Lots of designers used fur for this season, but no one interprated like Silvia Fendi and Karl Lagerfeld! It was a colour bum mixed up with a great dose of punk and energy! First thing that really made me stunned were the head coverings- at first they look like a futuristic hairstyle, and then it is a small furry ball! Going into the clothes- these were masterpieces! The tops were multi coloured with pink, yellow and blue fur the same as enormous coats! The bags were also extra-vagant!
However more neutral colours like beige and black were also seen. My favourite look of the whole show is definetly the second one from the second picture! The top is overloose with patchwork of beige and yellow shades of fur! It had also a amazing red line under that gave a sharp look! Fendi used black in more classical styles- fur with leather or only leather. And that’s right: too much of something is never healthy!
Then there was also a whole serie of amazing mix of brown, grey and orange- a very refreshing mix for winter! The without sleeve fur was a real highlight because it did look stunning. I loved the blue colour splash- it wasn’t a dull blue, but a deep and “new” colour! The round skirt made out of totally from fur was really awesome and the overloose sweatshirt from fur with a big cut? This is a real elegance on street!
